Children Safety Policy

1. Scope and Purpose

This Children Safety Policy (the "Policy") sets forth the commitments and measures implemented by Mitta (the "Company") to protect the safety and privacy of children under the age of 13 (collectively, "Children") who access or use the Mitta application and related services (the "Services"). This Policy complies with applicable global and regional regulations governing children's online protection, including but not limited to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and relevant regional data protection laws.

2. Prohibition of Unauthorized Data Collection

The Company shall not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal identifiable information (PII) from Children without verifiable parental consent. Any incidental collection of such information shall be immediately deleted unless required by applicable law, and the Company shall take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized data collection from Children.

• We do not request or solicit personal information from Children in a manner that is not permitted by law
• Any personal information inadvertently obtained from a Child will be securely deleted within 72 hours of discovery
• Our Service interfaces are designed to prevent Children from providing personal information without parental oversight

3. Content Safety for Children

The Company is committed to providing a safe and age-appropriate content environment for Children who may access our Services. We implement the following safeguards to ensure content safety:

• Content moderation systems to filter and remove inappropriate, harmful, or age-inappropriate material
• Restrictions on user-generated content features for accounts identified as belonging to or accessed by Children
• Proactive monitoring of content categories that pose higher risks to Children's safety
• Clear reporting mechanisms for inappropriate content, with response times of no more than 24 hours

4. Parental Controls and Oversight

We provide parental control tools and resources to enable guardians to manage and monitor their Children's use of our Services:

• Parental consent mechanisms for Children's account creation and service access
• Configurable usage time limits and content access restrictions
• Parental dashboards to review and manage account activity
• Regular safety notifications and guidance for parents/guardians on protecting Children online

5. Third-Party Service Safeguards

Where our Services integrate with third-party providers, we enforce strict requirements to protect Children:

All third-party partners must comply with applicable children's safety regulations and our internal Children Safety Standards. We conduct regular audits of third-party services to ensure ongoing compliance, and reserve the right to terminate partnerships with any provider that fails to meet our safety requirements for Children.

6. Training and Compliance

All Company employees and contractors who have access to user data or content moderation functions receive mandatory training on children's online safety practices and regulatory compliance. We maintain a dedicated Children Safety Compliance team responsible for monitoring policy adherence, updating safeguards, and responding to safety incidents involving Children.

7. Incident Response

In the event of a suspected or confirmed breach of children's safety or privacy, the Company will:

• Initiate an investigation within 12 hours of discovery
• Take immediate steps to mitigate harm to affected Children
• Notify relevant parents/guardians and regulatory authorities as required by law
• Implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence of similar incidents

8. Policy Updates

The Company reserves the right to update this Policy to reflect changes in regulatory requirements, technological developments, or best practices in children's online safety. We will provide 30 days' prior notice of material changes to this Policy via our website and application notifications, with a clear summary of modifications relevant to Children's safety.
